Bond No. 9 has created its 24th New York-centric scent. Bleecker was designed after Bleecker Street, the old-fashioned NYC neighborhood  gaining a reputation for its boutique shopping. Once again, the company chose a star-shaped flacon. The decoration was meant to capture the neighborhood’s legacy as a home to artists, as well as its emergence as a style hot spot.

The bottle look was designed by Rachel Katz, a watercolor artist and fashion designer. The bottle features a dress-fabric pattern of intersecting arches that are echoes of the gold filigree found on the NYC token. The bottle’s deep magenta, ruby red, bright green, lime green and chartreuse colorings reflect fall 2005 fashion tones.
